Dr. Sadler started and directs the laboratory in Nuclear Cardiology. He is interested in advanced echocardiography and advanced multi-modality cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology, valvular heart disease, acute and chronic coronary artery disease, and complex arrhythmias.
Dr. Sadler is on the faculty of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Internal Medicine Residency program at JFK Medical Center. He was a research Fellow at Columbia University, N.Y.C., (1989-1992) where his work in clinical cardiology, atrial fibrillation, transesophageal echocardiography, and left ventricular hypertrophy led to articles and presentations at national and international scientific meetings.
Dr. Sadler completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Medical Center (NYC) and Cardiology fellowship at University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Sadler is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is re-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, a member of the American Heart Association, and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Sadler is fluent in Spanish.
